Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Period

We offer a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the tour's start time. Cancellations made within this window will receive a complete refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. However, we may offer a credit note at our discretion depending on circumstances. Please contact our support team as early as possible.

3. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your booked tour without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued. This applies to all tour types including private and group tours.

4. Tour Cancellations by Putivnik

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Group Tours — Minimum Capacity

Some group tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If your booking is part of a group tour that does not meet the minimum capacity requirement by the start date, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund or arrange an alternative arrangement.

6. Fixed-Price Tours

For tours with a fixed price (e.g. private airport transfers), the same cancellation policy applies regardless of the number of participants. The full fixed amount is refundable if cancelled within the free cancellation window.

7. How to Request a Refund

To cancel and request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Putivnik account.
  2. Navigate to My Bookings.
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Booking".
  4. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@putivnik.com.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. B2B Agent Bookings

B2B agent reservations are subject to the same cancellation policy unless a separate written agreement has been established with Putivnik. Agents are responsible for communicating this policy to their clients at the time of booking.
