Day 1 – Arrival in Baku Meet and greet at the airport, followed by a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Check in and enjoy some free time to relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the city at your own pace: Baku Boulevard: Take a walk along the Caspian Sea, enjoy the fresh air and discover one of the city’s most popular spots. Optional Boat Tour: Enjoy a short cruise on the Caspian Sea and admire Baku’s skyline from the water. Available depending on weather conditions. Nizami Street & Fountain Square: Explore the city centre, browse the shops, stop for a coffee or enjoy dinner at one of the many local restaurants. Overnight stay in Baku.
Old City + Modern Baku Highlights

Day 2 – Baku City Tour & Old City Exploration Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a walking tour of Icheri Sheher, Baku’s historic Old City. Explore the narrow cobblestone streets, discover the Maiden Tower and visit the Shirvanshahs’ Palace Complex, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Along the way, stop by the historic Multani and Bukhara Caravanserais for photos, browse local carpet shops and souvenir stores, and see the Juma Mosque and Aga Mikayil Hamam from the outside. After exploring the Old City, head to Fountain Square and Nizami Street, where you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch, grab a coffee or browse the shops. Continue to Freedom Square for a short photo stop, then visit Upland Park for panoramic views of the Caspian Sea, Baku’s skyline and the iconic Flame Towers. The tour continues to the Heydar Aliyev Center, where you can admire its distinctive architecture from outside or visit the interior, depending on the group’s preference. At the end of the tour, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Baku.

Gobustan + Mud Volcanoes + Absheron (or Shopping)

Day 3 – Gobustan, Mud Volcanoes & the Land of Fire After breakfast at the hotel, head to Gobustan National Historical Reserve, famous for its ancient rock carvings and archaeological heritage. Visit the museum to learn about the lives of people who lived in this region thousands of years ago, then explore the rock art at this UNESCO-listed site. Continue to the nearby mud volcanoes, one of Azerbaijan’s most unusual natural attractions. The visit is subject to weather and road conditions. After a lunch break, travel to the Absheron Peninsula to visit Ateshgah Fire Temple, a historic place of worship associated with fire and the region’s religious heritage. The final stop is Yanardag, also known as the Burning Mountain, where natural gas flames burn along the hillside. It is one of the most distinctive sights connected with Azerbaijan’s nickname, the Land of Fire. After the tour, return to your hotel. Overnight stay in Baku.
Guba sightseeings

Day 4 – Guba: Nature & Local Heritage After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Guba, a town known for its green landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Enjoy the scenic drive from Baku and discover a different side of Azerbaijan along the way. Visit Qechresh Forest, a peaceful woodland surrounded by tall trees and fresh mountain air. Continue to the historic Arched Bridge, where you can stop to admire the surroundings and take photos. Next, visit Sakina Khanum Mosque, an important local landmark known for its distinctive architecture. After sightseeing, enjoy a lunch break before returning to Baku. Transfer to your hotel and overnight stay in Baku.
Shahdag Ski Resort

Day 5 – Shahdag Mountain Resort After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Shahdag Mountain Resort, one of Azerbaijan’s best-known mountain destinations. Enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside as the landscape gradually changes to mountain views. Spend your time at the resort enjoying the fresh mountain air and exploring the available activities. Depending on the season, you can try skiing, take a cable car ride or enjoy other outdoor attractions. Take a break for lunch at one of the resort’s restaurants before returning to Baku. Transfer to your hotel and overnight stay in Baku.
Departure

Day 6 – Departure from Baku Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. If your flight schedule allows, take a final walk along Baku Boulevard and enjoy the views of the Caspian Sea before leaving the city. You can also spend some time shopping for souvenirs, including Azerbaijani sweets, traditional carpets and local handicrafts. Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
